This lack of inner stability creates a constant blur, a deep sense of loneliness, or the feeling of wearing masks just to constantly adapt to others. Whether you are weathering a storm—grief, a breakup, burnout, depression—or are on a quest for meaning, know that you don’t have to tear everything down to finally feel alive. Nor do you have to resign yourself to an existence that leaves you feeling empty.

Finding your place means learning to navigate between momentum and stillness, between major turning points and small decisions. It means listening to what calls you, learning to choose yourself, and creating a life in which you finally recognize yourself.

From surviving
to thriving.
For a long time, I was the 'model daughter.' I was a straight-A student, succeeding in everything I took on, and scrupulously checking every box society set for me. Yet, on the morning of my 25th birthday, I had a brutal wake-up call: I felt like I was living someone else's life. In my effort to please others and meet expectations, I had completely lost myself. I no longer even knew who I was.

The real turning point wasn’t just leaving for the other side of the world two years later, but the inner journey that followed. It was the start of the most important path of my life: the one leading to peace with myself. This journey is what allowed me to finally find my place—not in a geographic location, but within myself, wherever I go and whatever I do.

Discovery Session
75 minutes to get to know each other & explore what brings you to me. This is a safe space to lay everything out. We’ll untangle the threads of your current situation, identify your deepest needs, and see if we are a good fit to walk this path together.

Follow up Sessions
60 minutes to dive into your transformation :

The "Deep Dive": We use therapy to understand your patterns, release emotional blockages, and find clarity.

The "Action Shift": We use coaching to break the brain loop, build concrete strategies, and move toward your goals.

Your inner Compass
Over the course of our sessions, you will gain the autonomy, tools, and confidence you need to move forward. You will build your own internal compass, until the day you no longer need our meetings and can navigate life’s transitions on your own. You can, of course, always book a 'tune-up' session whenever you feel the need
