As a highly sensitive person or someone going through a life transition, your brain has analysed the situation a thousand times over. But your body has remained stuck in ‘survival’ mode. Anxiety and relationship issues are stored in the nervous system.

The MOSAIC® Method:
The gentle alternative to EMDR


I incorporate MOSAIC® therapy (a neuro-sensory approach derived from EMDR) at the heart of my integrative support. Unlike purely verbal therapies, MOSAIC® enables you to:

  • Quickly deactivate emotional triggers and anxiety.

  • Process relational wounds or traumatic events (such as moving abroad) without having to relive the pain.

  • Reset your nervous system so that you can finally feel safe in your own body.

My support focuses on:

emotional regulation

  • calming the nervous system

  • understanding repetitive patterns

  • rebuilding a sense of inner security

I use an integrative approach: brief psychotherapy, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and mind-body therapies (EFT, Breathwork, Mindfulness) and sometimes even art therapy tools.

Where to find me ?

I welcome you to my office in Lillers, near Béthune, for individual sessions as well as creative and well-being workshops. Whether you are based in the Pas-de-Calais region, in Lille or prefer the flexibility of remote support, I also offer coaching and therapy consultations via video call throughout France and abroad. I am here to support you wherever you are, and wherever your journey takes you!
