Terms of use

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "T&Cs") define the terms of use for the website www.enroute-withcoco.com and the conditions of sale for the services (coaching, psychotherapy, workshops) offered by Coralie Marichez EI, SIREN 803000843, registered office: 45 bis rue du pont de fer, 62190 Lillers, France.

 

2. Acceptance of Conditions

By accessing the site or booking a service, the user accepts these terms without reservation. If you do not agree with these terms, we invite you not to use our services.

 

3. Site Access and Use Access

Site access and use access to the site is free of charge. The user agrees to use the site in accordance with applicable laws, refraining from any illicit or defamatory acts, or any action that compromises the security of the site (e.g., viruses, hacking).

 

4. Services, Bookings, and Cancellations

  • Individual Support: Specific conditions regarding individual follow-ups (therapy, coaching) are detailed in the "Support Contract" (Contrat d’Accompagnement) provided to the patient during the first session. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of the Support Contract shall prevail.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Workshops:

    • Non-refundable nature: Workshop spots are nominative and final. Due to logistical organization, all registrations are considered firm and final and are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation by the participant.

    • Transfer of spot: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your spot to a person of your choice at no extra cost. It is your responsibility to inform us in writing (via email) no later than 1 hour before the workshop, providing the contact details of your replacement.

    • "Waiting List" Policy: If a waiting list exists for the workshop in question, Coralie Marichez EI reserves the right to offer your spot to a person on the waiting list. Only in this specific case may a refund be issued, subject to the effective resale of your spot.

 

5. Rates and Payments

The rates in effect are those displayed on this site or on the appointment booking platform. Payments are due according to the methods specified during booking (bank transfer, online platform, cash). Any unpaid service will prevent the holding of subsequent sessions.

 

6. Intellectual Property

The site and all its elements (texts, logos, coaching materials, PDFs) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization constitutes an infringement sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.

 

7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Coralie Marichez EI is bound by an obligation of means. She cannot guarantee a specific result or a cure. Her services do not replace medical advice.

  • Site Access: Although we implement reasonable measures to ensure site security, we cannot guarantee continuous accessibility or the absolute security of transmitted data. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site.

 

8. Personal Data

Collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user has the right to access, rectify, and erase their data by contacting: hellococo@mailo.com.
