Coaching VS Therapy

"Coaching takes over from where psychotherapy ends"

What's the difference you ask?! Well, Therapy equips you with tools to heal past trauma and wounds, while coaching guides you back to the present, empowering you to find strategies for achieving your desired future. Because they have different objectives, they complement each other perfectly. 


For Sensitive Souls, reflecting on oneself in a therapy session might not require much, as our inner world is often very deep and active. With our constant indecision and our pursuit of perfection, taking action can be very challenging.

 

As a trained & experienced coach, and currently pursuing advanced studies in psychotherapy, I firmly believe that coaching is the most effective tool for nurturing sensitive, creative, and highly active minds. It simply helps you get out of the brain loop.

FAQs

  • When does it start & when does it end ?
    The program starts as soon as you book your first session. I recommend scheduling a session every 10 days — it’s the sweet spot: enough time to reflect and integrate, without losing momentum. That rhythm gives you about 3 months of deep reconnection with yourself — with support and accountability along the way.
  • How long is each session?
    Each session is 60 minutes long
  • What’s included in the price?
    This program includes : 8 video sessions (60 minutes each) — one-on-one time, fully focused on you Live coaching tools shared and explained during our calls Concrete PDF materials to support your journey between sessions, including: Self-discovery exercises to deepen your self-knowledge Journal prompts to continue the reflection on your own Tracking sheets to follow your progress step by step A final personalized roadmap to clarify your next steps and keep your compass aligned You’ll leave with more than insights — you’ll leave with tools you can come back to anytime.
  • Do I need to have a clear goal to start?
    You don’t need to have a clear goal to begin. You just need to feel that something’s off — that you’re lost, stuck, or craving clarity. Compass is for you if you want to reconnect with yourself, understand what truly matters, and start making small (or big) shifts to live a life that feels more authentic — and more aligned with what actually makes you happy.
  • How much is the program ?
    The price is 300 € with a monthly instalment of 3 x 100 € (which comes back to 37,5 € the session or 2 for free !)
  • Do I have to complete it in 3 months ? Can I go slower/faster?
    I strongly recommend scheduling your sessions every 10 to 15 days. That rhythm helps you stay in motion — giving you enough time to reflect and grow between sessions, without losing momentum. That said, if something comes up or you need a slower pace, we can absolutely adapt the timing to what works best for you.
  • What platform do we use for the calls? (Zoom, Google Meet…?)
    We’ll use Google Meet for all sessions, booked through Crenolibre. You’ll receive an automatic email with the link before each session — no need to install anything. Just click and connect.
  • How do I book my sessions?
    You can use my booking system here Click on "Forfaits" and find "boussole". Once you've created your account and purchased the program, you'll be able to log in and access my schedule — automatically adjusted to your time zone — to book your sessions at your convenience. If you're having any trouble using it in french, don't hesitate to reach out — I’ll be happy to help you find a time and book your sessions manually.
  • What if I need to reschedule a session?
    You can cancel or reschedule your sessions directly from your account on crenolibre.fr. It’s quick and easy — just a few clicks.
  • How is this different from "On demand" Coaching?
    MY PROGRAMS follow a structured, reassuring framework designed to keep you focused and steadily progressing. Each session has a clear theme, so we explore your inner landscape from multiple angles — creating a 360° understanding of who you are and where you want to go. This is ideal if you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, and need guidance, structure, and steady support to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity. ON-DEMAND COACHING is completely flexible and personalized. There’s no fixed plan or schedule — you decide what we focus on, based on what you need in the moment.
