Your Life Coach, Counsellor & therapist
Specializing in support for creative, sensitive souls and expats.
Learning to really inhabit your life—to live fully and find your place—it’s a skill.

I’m a girl from the North. I come from a place where you’re taught to just hold it together before you’re ever taught to choose yourself. It’s a place where you often live out of habit, for the sake of security, and with a quiet kind of modesty. You keep your dreams to yourself, tuck your emotions away in your pocket, and save your real desires for 'later.' But... I’m a sensitive soul. An Hsp. I feel deeply.

Growing up, I followed the path, quiet as could be. Until one morning, when I turned 25, I realized I was sleepwalking through my own life. So, I left. I spent 7 years abroad, living a thousand different lives—exploring, discovering, crossing borders and emotional landscapes, meeting people who changed me. I faced fears, doubts, trials, and grief. I felt more alive than ever... but I still wasn’t 'home.'

After years of searching for myself—and losing myself again—it finally clicked: my search for a new horizon was just a bandage. What matters isn't the scenery; it’s how you inhabit it and who you’re with. I realized that living fully isn't about changing everything, or chasing intensity, or hiding in a comfort zone. Living fully is about daring to be present, getting to know who you really are, making space for what calls to you, and embracing the temporary nature of things. It’s finding the extraordinary in the ordinary.

And that’s exactly where you finally find your place. You create it. You take it.
Designer, Life Coach & Counsellor
Designer by training, I’ve always been driven to help people live better by solving problems in creative ways. After my first expatriation and the sudden loss of my father, I felt a deep shift. I pursued Yoga teacher training, which opened the doors to a new, spiritual perspective. Inspired by these internal changes, I went on to complete a six-month certification at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver to become a Life Coach. Since April 2023, I have been deepening my expertise through psychotherapy training at EFPP in France, allowing me to support others even more profoundly through their transitions.
Today, I bring all of this together into a unique, integrative style of practice—creative, psychocorporeal, and analytical.

So, if you’re someone who wants more but isn't sure where to start. If you feel that life is calling you elsewhere—in a different way, more deeply. If you're tired of living on the sidelines of your own life. If you're wondering how to really inhabit yourself, how to find your place and finally feel at home, wherever you are.
I don't wish for you a life that's just 'extravagant' or just 'quiet.' I wish for you a life where you are in the driver's seat. A life where you explore with curiosity when it feels right, and where you put down roots when you need to. A life where you finally recognize yourself. Because real transformation isn’t about changing your surroundings—it’s about learning to take your place in the life you choose."
