My approach is a blend of therapy and coaching — and it is precisely this blend that makes all the difference. We take the time to understand what is really going on inside you, where it comes from, and what it says about you. But we don’t stop there. Each session brings you something tangible: clarity, a tool, or another step towards a life that truly reflects who you are.

Trained in a variety of techniques, I work with behavioural and energy-based approaches, as well as brief therapies — proven methods that have a profound effect without taking years (EFT, Mindfulness, MOSAIC, Coaching, ACT).

You don’t need to know exactly what you need to come. You just need to feel that something isn’t right — or that you deserve better than what you’re experiencing right now.

First Session

45 to 60 minutes to get to know each other & explore what brings you to me. This is a safe space to lay everything out. We’ll untangle the threads of your current situation, identify your deepest needs, and see if we are a good fit to walk this path together.

Follow up Sessions
45-60 min - 60 € - Video or in Person
At your own pace, we switch between the two depending on your needs: therapy to help you understand your patterns and overcome your mental blocks, and coaching to help you take action, develop practical strategies and make progress towards your goals.

Finding your place:
From exhaustion to self-assertion​
For a long time, I was the ‘model daughter’. The one who ticked all the boxes, who went along with things, who did what was expected of her — until the day I realised I was living someone else’s life.
The real turning point wasn’t moving to the other side of the world. It was the inner journey that followed. Learning to choose myself. To make peace with feeling out of step. To understand that my place wasn’t in a geographical location, but within myself — wherever I went.
It is this journey that I guide people through today. Not because I’ve read (MANY) books about it — but because I’ve been through it myself. I know what it feels like to feel lost, to no longer know what you want, to doubt every choice. And I also know what it takes to get through it.
My aim isn’t for you to finally fit into a box. It’s for you to stop looking for one — and to build your own. So you can live your life with peace of mind, without ever apologising for who you are.

Find your compass
Over the course of our sessions, you will gain the autonomy, tools, and confidence you need to move forward & meet your goals. You will build your own internal compass, until the day you no longer need our meetings and can navigate life’s transitions on your own. You can, of course, always book a 'tune-up' session whenever you feel the need
