Feeling too much,
too quickly
too intensely
can be exhausting
It’s exhausting to live a life without a user manual. When you feel out of step with everything, both ‘too much’ and ‘not enough’. When you fit into every box and, at the same time, into none... When you want to do so much that you can no longer choose. When you feel everything too intensely, all the time. When you quickly feel emotionally overwhelmed, when you’re tired of analysing everything, or of absorbing other people’s emotions...

What being an HSP means...
-
emotions experienced very intensely
-
a tendency to overthink or ruminate
-
fatigue following social interactions
-
a strong sense of empathy
-
sensitivity to stress or conflict
-
a feeling of being easily overwhelmed
-
difficulty setting boundaries
-
a strong need for calm or solitude
-
a feeling of being “different” or “too much”
Some highly sensitive people have learnt to hide their emotions or constantly adapt to others, which can become exhausting in the long run.
High sensitivity: when your nervous system remains on alert
High sensitivity is a real asset! But if you lack the right coping strategies, it can also lead to an overwhelming daily life. Many highly sensitive people experience emotional hypervigilance, meaning that the nervous system remains constantly ‘on alert’, as if it had to anticipate everything, which unfortunately reinforces this lack of inner stability and significant emotional fatigue.

MOSAIC, a solution-focused therapy that truly brings relief (EMDR-like)
I am trained in MOSAIC therapy, an innovative, solution-focused therapeutic approach. It enables clients to achieve lasting relief from psychological wounds and suffering, and to move beyond painful memories without being exposed to the trauma. With MOSAIC, we use the principle of neural synchronisation specific to EMDR, but we do not expose ourselves to the traumatic memory. It is a gentle and calming approach, accessible to everyone !

My journey: From understanding hypersensitivity to supporting you
My name is Coralie, and I am an integrative therapist. My journey began with my own personal experiences and a realisation: traditional approaches are often too lengthy or too cognitive for the minds of highly sensitive people or those with atypical profiles (HPI, HPE), who need to feel things rather than simply understand them.
Trained in cutting-edge methods such as breathwork and MOSAIC® therapy (a gentle alternative to EMDR), I have made soothing sensitivity my speciality. I therefore structure my support around brief therapy and mind-body approaches.
My psychotherapy practice is based in Lillers (near Béthune in the Pas-de-Calais), but because hypersensitivity and emotions know no geographical boundaries, I also offer online therapy via video conferencing, throughout France and elsewhere (including expatriates).
My commitment? To offer you a bespoke therapy programme, to transform what overwhelms you into your greatest strength.

Highly Sensitive Persons & difficult relationships
Many hypersensitive people have grown up feeling that they are “too sensitive”, “too emotional” or “not strong enough”. Over time, this can undermine self-esteem and create a constant need for external validation.
Therapy gradually helps you to regain a more peaceful relationship with yourself, to embrace your sensitivity and to develop a more stable inner confidence.
My aim isn’t for you to finally fit into a box. It’s for you to stop looking for one — and to build your own. So you can live your life with peace of mind, without ever apologising for who you are.
