During a coaching session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we will discuss your goals, challenges, and progress. We will work together to explore your values & desires & develop strategies and action plans to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
I will support you throughout your journey, guiding you with thoughtful, open-ended questions that help you discover the answers within yourself. My goal is to help you empower yourself & build your confidence and independence, enabling you to continue progressing on your own once our work together is over.
From experience, it typically takes between 3 and 8 sessions to assess your current situation, clarify your goals, and define an action plan. However, the number of sessions needed can vary significantly based on your specific goals and individual needs. Some clients achieve their objectives in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support.
We can work together to create a personalized plan that best suits your needs, or we can take it one session at a time and see how far we go. It’s entirely up to you!
1:1 sessions :
50 € for 1 hour of coaching (online)
3-session-bundle :
120 € : If paid in full before the first session.

1:1 coaching sessions are held online or at the "Cabinet" in Lillers (62) France.
One-on-one coaching provides personalized attention and tailored strategies specific to your needs. Group coaching involves sessions with multiple participants, offering the benefits of shared experiences and peer support while focusing on common themes.
If individual sessions feel intimidating 😳, starting with a group session can give you a taste of what coaching is all about 💜. Plus, it’s always enjoyable to share the experience with like-minded women.
No problem! If you find that coaching isn’t the right fit for you, I can help you explore other approaches and practitioners better suited to your needs. It's important that you feel supported throughout the process so we can always discuss alternative solutions or end our sessions if needed. 😊
